Our basement became wet when we turned on a hose bib that had, unbeknownst to us, burst sometime during the winter. We noticed wet carpeting in our game room after we watered some plants for the first time in the spring. RestoPros came and inspected the damage which included the basement wall and insulation, baseboard, carpet and padding, and some buckling of the hardwood flooring. The crew set up multiple high velocity fans after removing the wet insulation, carpet padding, drywall, and baseboard. They set down a fancy pad that is supposed to smooth out the cupped places in the hardwood floor and it did do the job after several days. The carpet was pulled back to allow for drying. They came every day for a week, taking moisture measurements in multiple places, emptying the five gallon bucket that filled daily with water, and photographing all of their efforts for the insurance company. The area that required the drying out time was carefully blocked off with heavy plastic sheeting and secure telescoping poles. RestoPros came to the rescue after having some ice dam leaks in my house. They were the first to fit me in for an estimate and helped handle all of the comms and work with my insurance company on my behalf. The guys were super friendly & respectful of my space. They were cognizant of our situation with parts of our house being torn apart. They were very thorough and made sure they got into every space they could to confirm they got all of the wet spots taken care of. Things were busy after the snowstorm and the guys were working around the clock on my house and others, even the owner came by one day and helped the guys out. Despite everything going on in the area, they took care of us and kept a positive attitude. They definitely went above and beyond for us and I'd recommend using them!

We began working with RestoPros of Pittsburgh back in Feb after noticing a water stain on our carpet. Jerry and John came out for an initial review and let us know that the external leak needed to be fixed before they could get to work. After a round of roof and siding detective work, we finally were able to move forward. They covered our hardwood floors and provided a dust / mold barrier so nothing would spread. The molding wall and insulation were removed, mold treatment applied and now we are ready to get the room redone. They were fast, clean, friendly and provided great communication, something that can't be said for every contractor or service provider today.

Our dishwasher failed and caused some serious water damage. Restopros were able to come out to us the same day and went to work immediately after doing an inspection and got us incontact with a contractor to start the second half of this annoying process. A big shout out to Mike, Jerry, John and Chase too! Extremely professional, overall great guys to have worked with and made this whole nightmare of a situation a whole lot easier. Me and my wife couldn't recommend them enough!

I have dealt with several restoration companies in multiple instances. Resto pros takes the cake. A lot of restoration companies just cut things out and don’t care about how your house goes back together. Not Resto pros, they are very clean cuts, no dust etc. These guys are timely, knowledgeable and friendly. If you have anything restoration wise that needs done to your home these guys will get your home safe, clean, and dry. I recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. 10/10.
